On Friday the New Zealand Property Investors’ Federation Annual Conference 2009 begins at the Alexandra Park Convention Centre in Auckland, with ~300 conference attendees. I am really looking forward to delivering my presentation on Fine Tuning Your Portfolio and also to hear other presenters.
I am keenly looking forward to hearing from Dr Fred Grosse, multi-deca-millionaire, personal development trainer, author of Black Belt of the Mind, former Jewish Rabbi, and proponent of ‘dollar-productive behaviour’, where you do only what is truly important for you to do to make money, then spend time how you desire (with family, friends, playing sport & music etc). Veteran commercial property investor Olly Newland is always entertaining, and Martin Hawes is always interesting. The opening addresses are from Auckland’s Mayor John Banks and the Minister of Housing Phil Heatley – who will explain the Government’s policy to us.
Other presenters include ANZ National Bank’s specialist distribution manager Craig Moffat, City Sales’ head Martin Dunn, South Island super investor Liz Harris with over 700 tenancies and counting, as well as Property Lawyer Tony Steindle, Chartered Accountant Mark Withers and many more.
Hurry as there are still a few tickets available – go to www.nzpropertyconference.co.nz or call APIA today on (09) 360 2376 for your ticket.
